There is always something going on in the world that will catapult or crater the price of lithium. New mines will online in Africa but then civil unrest will take them offline. Look what happened to iron ore with the weather events in Brazil.
Yes, the price will come down, but it can quickly shoot up again. That's the beauty of a diversified contract and spot arrangement.
