You also are very ignorant. Anyone owning shares is a shareholder and 50% of shares needs to be held to have a majority, and 90% for compulsory acquisition to be allowed. If someone starts buying a large number of shares the shareprice will skyrocket unless a group of major holders sells out cheap. It could happen but even if it does, it is still in the hands of the shareholders.
