re: Ann: Result of EGM - Wind Up Resolution D... The article in Australian says the dissidents know they cannot win the vote to oust directors. But the last vote to wind up the company was 25.48 million shares in favour of a wind-up and 18.35 million against. That vote was not successful as it had to be a 75% majority in favour. To remove the directors do they need 50% or 75% to vote in favour ??
