We would need a simple majority to vote the directors off the board, but unfortunately unlike the wind up vote, the Class A shareholders will not get a vote at the next meeting.
Ray Catelan holds 36 percent of the ordinary shares and fellow directors and family hold another 8 percent even excluding the Tinkerbell shares which can't be voted.
I think the Frith statement is correct but that is not going to stop us.
