this is a more complex play. There is a camp in the ordinary shareholders that would support Ray and his associates based on the false belief that if the A Class can be bought out at a rediculously low level that all the benefits would be shared by the ordinaries.
there are 33.752m ordinary shares. of which 3.112m cannot be voted being Leane's shares. That leaves a maximum of 30.64m shares able to vote. Ray has 12.42m, his daughters combined through super funds have 1.202m shares Richard has 0.852m. To get 50.1% all available shareholders must vote and only 0.815m shares can vote against it excluding Ray and his associates
