A sad result for the fair-minded and most shareholders, it seems to me.
Shouldn't company directors with selfish "form" be identifiable to prospective investors? Can anyone tell me, is there, anywhere, a succinct record of the questionable (in respect of the interests of most shareholders) performance of directors in conjunction with the performance of their listed companies?
That is to say, if I am looking at investing in a company, is there anywhere I can do a search and see, for example, that Ray Catelan is a director and what his track record is like so that I can decide to stay a mile away from that company?
