re: Ann: Result of EGM - Wind Up Resolution D... This is starting to get interesting. Just in case it doesn't show up as a system announcement I have pasted the resolutions for the a new extraordinary general meeting here.
1. That Colin Gregory Ryan be removed from the office of director of CMI Limited with effect
from the conclusion of the meeting.
2. That Danny Herceg be removed from the office of director of CMI Limited with effect from
the conclusion of the meeting.
2. That Erik Karol Metanomski be appointed to the office of director of CMI Limited with
effect from the conclusion of the meeting.
The directors intend to call the meeting as requested and CMI will distribute the meeting
I think the board will be feeling under siege.
