Thanks @eternalgrowth , I was specifically referring to the potential to improve the turbidity, which I had not read anywhere yet (or recall reading). Aware of the economic and tourism benefits to the other businesses on the island, however with the level of resistance from the abalone farm I assumed the net results to them were clearly negative, when in fact they may not be!
