Why doesn't Anthony Hall want to educate people of abalone...

Why doesn't Anthony Hall want to educate people of abalone farming and the impact this proposed wharf will have?

Saying he doesn't want to educate people reminds me of a child who didn't get their way so they start sulking... I'm sure if he had good reasons, he would be more forthcoming with them.

If this is so important to Anthony, you would think he would have an hour or two to spare explaining it to people. If he doesn't have the time to explain to people, he can hardly expect hundreds or thousands of people with no related background to do the research themselves.
