KPT has been on my radar for a long time. It is a very interesting play because if you buy in now, and the wharf gets approved, you will multibag at least 2-3x simply because the timber resource will finally appear on their balance sheet.

But these environmental issues can, as @ahall mentioned, be costly and time consuming. We'll see how this transpires.
