About 23m shares have changed hands in the $3.84-86 range. Approx 322M shares on issue (no accounting for options if any) - so about 7.1% which way will they vote!

Street Talk understands IGO’s $3.87 a share offer came out slightly below KPMG’s most recent valuation, and hence the independent expert’s stance the offer was “not fair”.But all other things considered (lack of a competing offer, nickel price volatility, risks of a mining business and the likes), it sounded good and hence the “reasonable” tag.
