Seriously, could they not foresee this happening, particuarly that the share price has been trading under the offer price and the offer was not underwritten? Coupled with the lack of decent news, what did they think was going to happen? So if a mug like me called this a couple of weeks back, what does it say about management who are meant to be in the drivers seat?
I'm interested to know how much the offer cost and how much will be left over once the dust settles.
So this venture failed which means we need to find money from somewhere else. Where is that somewhere else? What does the future hold now? In my opinion, it's not looking good.
