I got the impression that all major orders had been placed and in the "Chairman's address to shareholders" there are photos of the Ball mill which is the largest and longest delivery item.

My impression is the same as Niftiests, - there is no dithering - just working through all the hurdles that present themselves and every step that has been taken has been taken when it was appropriate to do so.

I always add more time to estimates as I am working in projects in Australia and these are all running later and every timeline is late
My crystal ball for timeline says;
Mining contractor awarded late July
Prestrip September
Mining October/November
Production December to February
