For your benifit & the others who share your opinion the purpose of my post was to point out the considerable process & time it takes to achieve progress having total regard to treat all with dignity & respect & goodwill.
With respect MGO does not cover all of the permit area wherein Makabingu is located , it only covers the approved area to be mined as defined by the title of MGO .
IMO any work outside MGO area does involve WATIC ,the local Authority & local community.
