I was at the AGM and heard all sides of the discussions on all resolutions
Regarding the re-election of Alex McKenzie;
There was a poll of resolutions which required 75% majority for the resolution to be passed. The re-election of Alex McKenzie was one that required the 75% majority. It was formal voting conducted by Link Market Services and with auditors BDO present
There was dissention, in particular from 2 larger shareholders due to the delays however I believe Alex satisfactorily explained the reasons for the delays - which were out of BSR's control.
I personally am confident that Alex continues to hold the best interests of shareholders at heart and am very pleased that he was re-elected
I would always encourage anyone that can attend, to attend the AGM
It was great to meet Niftiest, Wil and Happy Chappy
I will post more when I can
GLTAH
Cheers
