My full empathy and sympathy with your suffering. Let us be optimistic that ECM will bring us a Merry Christmas next year. We need to fully support new management and new owner i.e., ECM.

ECM does not propose to consolidate the shares, this will allow ERJ to be relisted without affecting the number of shares which we are presently holding. Although the shares placement is at 0.001, hope secondary investors will value it significantly higher on the relisting day (due to new balance sheet with $3.6 million funding available with no liabilities and synergism with ECM networks).

In the long run, ERJ will have a better future with ECM as new management and the controlling shareholder compared to before VA.
