i think it’s good value here ( if playing a takeover offer only, I don’t think the project is possibly for Cla alone ) but the wildcard is what if a 200% premium comes along again and they say no again.
You would think they have learned their lesson but who knows really
Imo too hard to know if the company wants to sell or happy with the lifestyle it provides
