Why would they take up CR if they aren’t interested. If they are involved then surely offer still on the table.
Giga saying that shareholders didn’t like last offer, is that true or were SVM changing the rules during the process? Who knows, all I know is they got 15% of CLA and they then used that as keep CLA low after offer fell over. If they now take part in CR after selling 3% on market that day a lot.
Why would they take up CR if they aren’t interested. If they are...
