The options expire in 32 months! Exercisable at equivalent AU 1.72 cents. With time value worth easily Au 0.5 cents now. Maybe more.
So for Au 1.15 cents you get Au 1.65 cents plus value. Hmm give me a nano second to think about that!
SVM would be absolutely peanuts to refuse to participate. They wrote the clause for that reason.
