The last substantial notice from SVM showed them down at 12.15% on 10/8/23. This showed they has 273 million shares left after the original 333 million they had after original CR/offer.

Then the cleansing prospectus just released has some interesting info. They had 253 million shares before the offer. So yes, SVM have been selling but not enough that it triggered a change substantial notice, the trigger is around 30 million for 1%.

They took around 12.7% which allowed them to go back up to 273 million shares and now have 11.25% of CLA.

SVM playing CLA very well, let’s hope they aren’t the only one looking at CLA. They clearly are still keen, just need another real buyer at the auction.
