That would be a great outcome for shareholders imo
CLA are in a tough spot, mr hume may have to swallow his pride and come bended knee.
If CLA were to attempt to progress this alone they probably need another $20m to fund study and working cap... then another say 30-60% dilution to get funding (if it were possible) and lets say 4 years generously to first production.
Thats alot of dilution and time for little reward.
But its all just speculation because greedy shareholder turned down 4c very very stupidly before who's to say they wont again? Mr hume has very little skin in the game so whats his incentive to do a deal? Whats SVM's incentive to do it now? they could wait another year and CLA would probably be in even worse a spot, i don't see a catalyst for a rerate.
