SVM did a great job selling into the mining permit, clever by them. CLA only got themselves to blame by giving them the initial CR but is what it is.
recent CR seems like it was done to not need cash as part of the next offer. Stand by, if SVM the only party interested SH are gonna get the raw end. If there is other parties then SVM might have another good result for the ASX Junior pretend takeover hedge fund just before the end of FY.
