I’m not sure if you are being serious or not but is it not very simple to understand that if you are negotiating for a higher price you may use the pending “mining licence” catalyst to imply your share price would be higher and therefore the offer should be higher ?
Even a person with a room temp iq like me can even grasp this simple negotiating tactic
