    Given its an all scrip-offer, once this deals done, are we looking at a big share issue then potential consolidation? Does anyone know the specifics? I can't see anywhere the details of the amount of scrip involved in the deal for Mach7. Might be why the SP is so low - tactics for the scrip deal
