Always the issue when you do too good a job building up an agency,the owner then wants to take it over.
SHM concentrating on their own products should be able to make up the lost sales,at considerably better margins.
They are also have the capacity to buy another product manufacturer to bolt onto their existing range.
The momentum for BBQ sales is gaining speed.
