I believe that you are correct, the company would be in a far better state without Vifor. Generics are cannibalising it as we speak.
Management say they can turn it around, they should be given a couple of years to turn that claim into fact.
If that does not happen, then a 20% reduction in LTI payments are not going to cut the mustard!
