But you have seen updates upon which, objectively, judgment can be made; CSL has owned Vifor for two years and has reported the financial performance of Vifor as part of each CSL result, including the one just past ,which showed Vifor's Revenue, Gross Profit and Operating Profit went backwards.

Two years is more than long enough for there to be evidence of, as you suggest, Vifor's products being marketed using CSL's distribution network in countries where Vifor previously had no presence.

Demonstrably, there is no such evidence.
