Those price targets have more or less remained the same over the last 5 years! they don't make anything. I prefer a range for price targets and adjust holdings based on that price range. Currently I would say CSL will trade between a price range equivalent to a PE of 24 to 44... not a very tight range at that! At a PE of 24 I would have it be as large a share of my overall holdings that I'm comfortable with (around 30 percent) while at a PE of 44 I would reduce to min holding I'm comfortable with being around 8 percent.
Trying to work to specific price targets is bound to end in failure is what I have learnt.
