Rolling out the Vifor product suite across countries in which it had never had a presence would be a slow and iterative process, or so I would think. Similarly, persuading doctors, a notoriously conservative profession, to change their prescribing habits would also be a slow process, and would probably take more than a couple of years to show any results. And obviously when you try to do things like this, you’re likely to incur significant costs before you gain the revenue benefits.
You seem to be suggesting that CSL isn’t making any attempt to do what they said they were going to do, and I’m wondering why you would assume that this is the case.
For myself I’m still inclined to suspend judgement, and give management the benefit of the doubt.
