I agree with your reading in general. The one thing that I find annoying though is that they provide very little visibility about their future growth. The slides about their future growth drivers are absolutely useless for giving specific details about what they see happening in the future. Was this year's flat revenue just a one off? Is there an expectation of increased customer numbers or margins in the future? Does the clearing up of their sales channels with Cisco and Avaya directly translate to a return to growth?
Just a bit uncertain for my liking.
