Mate, read it. The referenced section of JORC Code specifically states.... "relates to mineralisation for which there has been insufficient exploration to estimate a Mineral Resource."
The section is dealing explicitly with exploration areas that most likely have not been drilled yet.... THAT'S THE WHOLE POINT OF THE SECTION (sorry for yelling haha).
Anyway... enough about that.
