I saw that as well.
There was 1m of buy orders waiting at 11 cents for the last few hours of trading today and no one wanted them. Then suddenly at 4pm close to 2m sell orders between 10 and 11 cents appear followed by 3m at 10 cents on the buy side (presumably because some people thought they may be able to buy some at 10.5).
Total nonsense.
