Why are you all arguing (debating) here what is and isn't relevant to be mentioned, clearly everyone has their own interpretation.
Have those disappointed not to get that info, enquired with the company secretary or ASX to confirm if they do indeed need to disclose this information and there is fowl play/wrong doing?
If not that's your first point of call, not HC. there is no influence here to rectify anything.
