He's been at the helm I believe since 2017. CEOs have a duty to be open with shareholders. If he thought this wasn't a good investment then he should have said. Why would someone take on the role if it was such a bad company with no prospects? A good CEO will identify and implement strategic changes and foster innovations. He could be looking for new opportunities as we speak and you coming on here telling people to get out is widely inappropriate and anyone, like they are over at SHE should be questioning your motivations.
