I've always thought $145k is quite reasonable for CEO remuneration. But I also believe in paying for quality and someone with a good track record who is motivated to find a way for shareholders. I also like to see remuneration linked to KPIs ett. Aligning interests though insider ownership is something I also believe in. Maybe we can be reminded about Mr Deloubs ownership in AVW. Being listed on the ASX is a real honour and comes with great benefits including being able to find great talent.
