Unfortunately, the share price and the market tend to agree with Value4983843 and it would take a miracle for AVW to recover. I like your confidence in D. Deloub, but just thinking about the salaries paid to the AVIRA board and the company's results makes me think of a bottomless pit without funds (!).

Indeed, the role of a CEO is to protect the interests of these shareholders, but they are increasingly rare, I invite you to read the recent history of companies like DACIAN (Williams/Junk/Richards) or SILVER LAKE ( Tonkin) and you will see that they only thought of themselves !

Value will have you believe that it isn't the case with Deloub and he's one of the good CEOs that isn't out for himself. Actually, I don't think I've seen another poster on any thread that is as fond of a CEO as he is. Value is stirring trouble. I truly believe that an exceptional CEO will turn anything into a success. To me, AVW going under with David at the helm is a black mark. CEOs want the glory and benefits if things are a success then why shouldn't they be critisised when the opposite happens.
