Some like to go on about how AVW was set to fail from the get go - over 6 years ago, so what was the point of paying a CEO if that was the case. Would said commenters be quick to praise and idolise the CEO if they were successful? To me, the real losers here will be average shareholders as our CEO has near ZERO holding. Do they even care? The the posters stroking their own ego and that of CEOs not care? Shameful the way some commenters act but that's besides the point here.

In short, the right person in the right place !

In the mining sector, the most important thing will always be the resources available that can be extracted at a price lower than production costs and the best accountant or the best financier like CEO will not be able to do anything if the resources are not up to par !
