In simple English it is called Pre-Capital Raising Pump & Dump. Those holding options at 10 cents and converting into shares at 10 cents and selling at 18 to 19 cents. Money doubles almost over night. Not a bad pay for a day work. .. That is what happened to ADN(ran as high at 26 cents before Capital Raising at 15 cents), Poseidon Nickel ran to 16.5 cent before Capital Raising at 11 cents) and all other companies. Big fellows gets the hint of Capital Raising and they Pump & Dump the stock.
