What BS vote results!!! This proxy voting rule is so corrupt and it needs to be changed by ASX!!! This proxy voting does not reflect the true picture of voting as the proxy is left to the chairman who is also going to vote in favour which is exactly what has happened here. So corrupt! These directors should have been removed but here we are again RHK and her cronies are still going to be running this company. IMO Pnn is doomed with this incompetent board running it!!! It wont be long before this stock is in liquidation!
