I'm thinking that around now, is a good time to be trying to sell a business involved with U.S. housing construction materials.
Covid has caused a lot of people to get out of big cities - especially those who can afford to do so. There is also a slow and steady transition of people from the cold north, to the warmer south - this is a longer-term trend though. And for example Florida has no state tax - so one can save approx. 7%, by moving there. So U.S. housing should be a good theme for the next couple years and has some current catalysts, which should pique the interest of those with deep wallets? IMO anyway.
Hopefully Boral have made enough progress with getting their U.S. 'house in order', for these toils to reflect positively on any potential sale price.
I agree with some comments by other posters, who state that since the next divvy is cancelled, Execs and Management should not receive bonuses either. I'm ok with missing out on a divvy 'for the greater good', but Exec. should follow suit. What's good for the goose, is good for the gander.
