They are cash flow positive. How do you know insiders are selling? The volume traded over the past couple weeks is abysmal, some days it has not even passed $100k.
I would assume if insiders knew something was problematic, you would have way more selling and the stock price wouldn't be correlated with stock prices of other copper producers on the ASX.
