Insolvency doesn't seem likely, but it does have liabilities about equal to its cash, and it makes such incredible losses, that the cash is unlikely to last. However, given the assets the company has, it could well sell off the real estate they have, and rent it back. Most of the value in this company, as I see it, is in the real estate.
This may be coming up:

Capital raising, perhaps?
Does CSS get the R&D grant from the government? It really is a research company.
