I dont know the particulars of the grant but it takes up the bulk of the company's liabilities and doesn't represent a cash outflow. CSS isn't actually losing that much cash at the moment, the vast majority of the loss for the half year was due to write downs. The risk of insolvency is high if the company experiences any further issues with the Kingfish operation but without them I'd say it's fairly safe for the time being.
