ok--i will try my best to give a rundown,as most of it lives inside my head.From Aus BHP sells much more iron ore,copper,coal--and oil to China. In the U S -Bhp sells more oil,gas into that market---shale,gulf of mexico etc. Regarding the share price now--been a pull back of 10% in the past month or so--profit taking--moving to other stocks etc--so if you take the volume of all the shares sold since that high,others have bought,therefore lifting the base price--quite a few of us here bought between 14.50 and $16--so some are taking profits (not me) i bought then but am holding--hope that helps--
