Ok, so we have results from the trial of the "old" BA, preparing for the new BA. The majority had more breath/air, had breath return to normal more quickly, and felt less fatigued when using the instrument.
I think the good thing about this is that we know what is needed for BA2. There is some discussion of 'comfort" in the ANN. I have seen some nasal dilators online that use a soft material that people put into hot water and soften it before use. Perhaps we could use that, too?
I don't know if another step now would be to make the BA2, and then get the same athletes back to re-test, but that could be the go- to see improvements. Then, BA2 goes off to market!
I also reckon this could help with allergies: people put one of the attachments on, and can have a short-term defence against allergies/dust.
