Hi Eric, if scheme is approved then around about that record date we will go into trading halt or suspension (likely a few days before it). Holders on register at record date will then be issued shares in DVP on basis of one DVP for every 6.18 ESS they hold. Not sure what exact dates they will pop up in your account. ESS will get removed from ASX and we will all be DVP holders instead.

That’s my understanding of it all any, should be pretty seamless, other than voting holders don’t really need to do anything and don’t even have to vote if they don’t want to.
