    Laughed out loud when read that item 5 was 'withdrawn' after voted against by a ratio of 4:1. Admittedly the merger was announced after the AGM was announced......the next day!

    Here's an idea, why don't the directors and management buy some shares with their own money.

    Good news too, about item 6 being voted down.
