The 5% option package defeated abd withdrawn. Who voted against? The package was generous, so may have triggered a corporate goverance policy. But it worries me that this is a snub by either capial or RC.
My veiw is that 5% dilution is ok if the package actually motivated the receipients, but most of the senior people work for EWI so they should be renumerated by EWI.
Given the low number of yes votes the directors will finally get the picture that investor relations is not an afterthought and the volatility and financial loss we suffer via poor IR is real and the "she will be right in the end" approach has not served minority dhareholders well.
