Well done all, but as much as everyone is saying particular thanks to Jase, I think it's exclusive thanks to him.
It seems to me 5/6/7 were not withdrawn because of good will or mass voting against them. It's specifically because JTA alerted the board to the fact a no-strings-attached share grab contravened ASX guidelines. They probably got legal advice suggesting they couldn't do it.
