Mixed messages. On the one hand, I got the impression he was saying nothing's change (i.e. still a 10% chance of success for the $20m milestone, as predicted in the 2014 Explanatory Memorandum). But then on the other hand I get the impression that he was saying that they're comfortable they'll be met (which would seem to suggest, a greater than 10% chance of success - which would necessitate a revised prediction in accordance with their obligation to do so). I think, though, it will be all academic when the $20m comes in within the next year.
